“ Our family holiday meal, party of six, was a fun event. Everyone loved the salad bar. Especially the smoked salmon. The beef cuts were outstanding and we all loved the grilled pineapple. Our main server was average, but everyone else that checked on us was wonderfully attentive. ”

“ Commence food coma. This is my third Brazilian steakhouse, and first time at Chima. The dark colors and dimmed lights set the night with good ambiance and laughs. The service was spot on with the amount of meats coming around. Don't sleep on the pineapple! Chima was delicious, but beware of the food coma! ”

“ Ahh Chima. Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Maybe it's the carnivore in me. But there's something about chowing down in a beautiful, date night setting with great ambiance, friendly servers and a diverse crowd of Charlotte's finest. And the food never disappoints. I think the salad/hot bar could use a few more options but what they have is great. And the rodizio style meats is full of goodness. My favorites are the leg of lamb and the picanha. The flavor and the seasonings on these are out of this world. Really everything is, including their drink/wine menu. The only downside is that you can't take the rodizio home with you and you always wake up the next day wishing you had eaten more even though you could barely fit through the door when you left. ”
